Costs Constraints on the Adoption of the JLTV
The US army has plans to replace the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle with the more modern, but more expensive Joint Light Tactical Vehicle. The paper discusses the viability of this plan in the context of the existing and future budgets and the shortfalls that exist in the funding.
