“Fist Stick Knife Gun”: Addressing Juvenile Delinquency
A 3 page review of the suggestions presented by author Geoffrey Canada for addressing juvenile delinquency in the inner city. This paper contends that more requirements for gun registration and gun buyback programs are ineffective. Community based approaches, however, can be effective if coupled with a revival of parental responsibility and organizational accountability. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
