Frantz Fanon/A Dying Colonialism
A 7 page analysis of Frantz Fanon's philosophy in his book A Dying Colonialism. The past decade has seen considerable attention paid to postcolonial studies. Frantz Fanon's views on colonialism have seen a resurgence of contemporary interest due to the complex ways in which he successfully associated theory to actual experience. Fanon accomplished this by not only addressing the effects that colonialism had on the psyches of the colonized populations, but also by revealing both literal and psychic decolonization. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
