Public Services and Industrial Disputes;

This 10 page paper looks at the role of public employees and their right to strike. The public cost of striking is very different when comparing the public sector to the private sector. This paper considers who carries the cost of public strikes, and to what extent. The hypothesis is that the primary cost is borne by the public and secondary costs only will be felt by the government. Canada is used as an example with cases cited. The bibliography cites 15 sources.
