Restorative Justice in Canada and its Aboriginal Communities
                            
                                In twelve pages this paper examines the concept of restorative justice as it applies to Canadian provinces and aboriginal (or First Nations) communities in a comprehensive overview that includes the origin of the concept, types of programs associated with restorative justice, how restorative justices is currently being applied throughout Canada, and the potential problems associated with the concept.
