Same Sex Marriages
An 8 page paper which discusses the existence of same sex
marriages in relationship to historical references as well as in relationship to present day
constitutional rights. The history includes a description of the discovery of documents
which essentially prove that Catholics once allowed same sex marriages. In regards to
recent events and trends Utah, California, and Canada are discussed. The argument is
presented that same sex marriages should be legalized as they are an inherent
constitutional right. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
