The Greatest Military Leader
One of the leaders who is always mentioned when discussing leaders in general and military leaders, in particular, is George S. Patton, Jr. Patton had a lust for battle. He had studied ancient battles and gleaned ideas for current battles from those lessons. This essay discuses Patton's leadership style, which must be defined as situational.
