There is a growing concern among Canadian constituents that the
sustainability of Canada's new contribution regime might be at
risk. Because of the proliferation of end-to-end VolP networks
such as that at Algonquin College and their expanded
interconnections, this might serve to interfere with the dividing
of contribution-eligible telecommunications services from
contribution-exempt services.
