Women in Castro's Cuba
The Cuban revolution was supposed to emancipate women who had been oppressed under previous regimes. However, this paper argues that the patriarchal society that was in place before Castro is even worse under communism, with many turning to prostitution as their only economic recourse. This paper has ten pages and seven sources are listed in the bibliography.
